Return Policy

       According to G.E.O. no. 34/2014 on consumer rights within the contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of certain normative acts, the consumer, the natural person, benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision by bearing the direct costs related to the return of the products, as well as the costs related to the reduction of the value of the products resulting from the manipulation different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The 14-day period provided for the exercise of this right of withdrawal begins to run, for the products, from the date of their receipt by the consumer. 

      The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal:

 – the supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements

– the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized; 

– the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed after delivery; 

 The exercise of the right of withdrawal is made in written decision and sent to info@alcahomes.com, and ALCA Homes SRL will confirm by e-mail the receipt of the withdrawal decision. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the obligation to return the products within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicated to the seller his decision to withdraw. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the consumer only in the case of contracts concluded at a distance, on the www.alcahomes.com website, the returned product is intact, and the content of the product package is complete. In case of exercise by the consumer of the right of withdrawal from a contract that involves the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized, ALCA Homes SRL will not grant the right of return. 

ALCA Homes SRL will refund the value of the product as soon as possible, maximum 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products, for products paid by direct bank transfer and for orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, also within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return. The products must be returned in new condition and accompanied by all accessories (including hardware), original documents (tax invoice, warranty certificate), well packaged and protected during transport. 

 If the products whose return is requested, have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, dents, missing components or accessories, missing warranty certificates (or invoice), or are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer, ALCA Homes SRL has the right to decide to accept the return or to retain an amount from the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated to the customer after the evaluation of the damage to the furniture.

In all the cases mentioned above, the return/re-shipment costs will be borne by the buyer. In the event that the buyer requests that the return be organized by ALCA Homes, it will communicate to the customer the value of the transport, the amount being then retained from the amount refunded following the return. 

 If the buyer receives the defective or damaged products on transport or another product than the one ordered, ALCA Homes SRL will bear both the return costs and the repair of the product and its re-shipment if the buyer requests it. 

Mandatory conditions in the case of returning the product: 

 - the product, must be properly packaged and assembled;

 - the product must not have been damaged by the customer; 

 - the product must be exactly as it was at the time of receipt.

The rights conferred by law to the consumer are not affected by the warranty offered by ALCA Homes.
